We have worked with Paul Cotterell, our original and key contact at Wood & Grieve Engineers, on a number of projects and held him in high regard.
Their proposal stood out for its thoroughness and perceptiveness. The representatives presenting all appeared excellent in their field of expertise and it was an outstanding presentation.
Importantly, those presenting were also those remaining as the key operatives on each of the engineering elements.
In addition they have worked extremely well with our architects, GrayPuksand, in all respects including the integration of the documentation on the Revit 3D CAD system.
This has not been an easy project and as we approach the completion of the project we can only be thankful that we made the choice we did. They understood our needs as a client, which are by no means standard, they understood the working building environment, they were responsive and produced excellent outcomes for us.
Their capacity or skill was not vital not only in the design but also in the negotiation with authorities as is always crucial in achieving the desired outcome.
We are expecting to complete the project on time and within budget and part of the credit for that result must rest with them.Edwin Gill, Barristers' Chambers Limited
