Senior Civil Project Engineer, Principal

Office: Perth

Jermayne has worked with WGE from the start of his engineering career in 1994 and, when it comes to land development and civil infrastructure projects in WA, his knowledge, experience and network are second-to-none. Having completed over 40 sub-division projects in the Pilbara region of WA, he has unique and extensive industry intelligence which he is happy to impart to the project team and he has mentored many of our younger engineers at WGE.

Always highly responsive to queries from clients, Jermayne demonstrates a collaborative approach to projects to successfully achieve objectives. His considerable skills and attention to detail are highly valued by colleagues and clients alike, which is why Jermayne was invited to become a Principal in 1999.

Jermayne’s expertise encompasses all phases of a project including high level engineering design, project management, client liaison, services planning, feasibility studies, project reviews, contract administration, obtaining Authority approvals and superintendence. Civil engineering projects include bulk earthworks, roadworks, sewer reticulation, stormwater drainage, retaining walls, water, gas and underground power reticulation for civil engineering and land development projects.

What will you bring to a project

Having delivered in excess of 300 land development and civil engineering projects, I enjoy applying that experience to create a successful, fully functioning and thriving environment. I particularly welcome the complex projects with many interfaces to juggle, and driving them through to a fruitful outcome for my Clients is hugely satisfying.
