I have a very proactive approach early in the project to ensure the structural form is considered to ensure the most cost effective and efficient layout is adopted in the final documentation and on site minimizing impact on the end clients own vision and functionality of the development.

7 Storey Modular Development in Darwin
Working with an offshore modular supplier is both challenging and rewarding with the out coming being the tallest modular development in a cyclonic region within Australia – so far.
In 2009 a 6.3 earthquake hit the historical city of Kalgoolrie and Boulder in the Eastern goldfields. I have been involved since that day in assessing various Heritage significant structures damaged by the event to assist the state government, insurance companies and owners on the best restoration and repair strategy.
I have been involved in both the BER and the Year 7 inclusion into High School revolution over the last 5 years. I have been involved in numerous extensions and expansions of existing schools all with unique site restrictions and visions for the end product.

I'd like to express my thanks to Gary and his team for the excellent work he has done. The day to day assistance the team has provided has been exceptional. However, the depth of information provided for the submission is far and above what I could have hoped for. It ties in extremely well with the focus our bid is taking, and Gary has done a fantastic job capturing that and relaying it in your submission materials, it has been a pleasure working with such a professional team.Kieron Whalley, Brookfield Multiplex
