With extensive experience in the land development sector in WA, I provide valuable upfront strategic vision and high level advocacy. I have a professional, enthusiastic, collaborative, friendly and fun attitude towards work that has contributed to a favourable rapport and respect within the industry. My work ethic and sense of ownership of all projects that I am involved in ensures I am driven towards delivering the best possible outcome for all stakeholders.
Darren enjoys family time with his wife Tracey and three children – Blake, Kade & Stella. As stress relief, he thrives for endurance events (finished several marathons and ironmans), still plays soccer, coaches soccer and enjoys fishing.
Delivered the first 500 lots of a master-planned community just north of Busselton. Innovative solutions were developed to dealing with fine residue remnant from mining operations and high groundwater that ultimately reduced construction costs considerably.
I would like to thank Darren Pesich for his dedication, expertise, performance and punctuality. Darren has always risen to the occasion when requested and has provided services over and above Wood & Grieve’s contractual requirements.Peter Nuenborn, LandCorp
