Western Australia’s outstanding construction projects were honoured by Master Builders Association at their annual Master Builders-Bankwest Excellence in Construction Awards (Commercial) held at the Crown, Perth on Saturday 20 July.
The awards recognise and showcase excellence in quality workmanship and construction of those within the construction sector.
Wood & Grieve Engineers now part of Stantec (WGE) Managing Director, José Granado congratulated everyone involved and said the awards reflected the high standard of construction projects in Western Australia.
“We are delighted to have been involved in so many excellent winning projects in WA. Congratulations to the architects, builders, contractors and wider project teams for making these projects a reality,” said José.
This year’s awards attracted 105 entries, totalling over $2.3 billion in contractual value. With so many innovative projects up for consideration, WGE are proud to be involved in several winning projects including:

In addition to the award winners, WGE were involved on an additional three projects making the finalist list including: Integrated Marine Operations Centre – 2019 Best Regional Project – Kimberley/Pilbara; St Francis Xavier Cathedral Geraldton – 2019 Best Regional Project Midwest; Hocart Lodge Harvey – 2019 Bankwest Best Project.
