Wood & Grieve Engineers (WGE) made history when Aon announced the 2018 Best Employers list on 30 July; a program which recognises an elite group of organisations across Australia and New Zealand who not only record high employee engagement scores but deliver outstanding people practices. Brett commenced his professional career with Wood & Grieve Engineers on 28 January, 1997 and has remained at WGE since. After quickly proving his abilities, Brett worked through the ranks from graduate engineer in 1997 to be promoted into a junior project engineer role in 2001 and then a Project Engineer role in June 2002.
