Ralf has over 20 years’ experience in the plumbing and construction industry.
Ralf started his career with a mechanical and plumbing apprenticeship back in Germany in 1996. After he finished his degree successfully in 1999 he worked for another year for a hydraulic and mechanical contractor specialised in the field of maintenance of hydraulic and mechanical systems. In 2000 he decided to do a full time course in University to study Building Services Engineering which he finished successfully in 2004 with BE qualifications. Before he joined WGE in 2006, he worked for a mechanical and hydraulic contractor as Project Manager and Estimator.
Ralf started work with WGE as a Hydraulic Engineer and during his time here he has worked up to the position of a Hydraulic Project Engineer and Principal of the company. In 2015 Ralf developed and initiated project tailored alternative plumbing solutions to gain efficiencies on projects. Ralf is responsible for managing all aspects of the Hydraulic Services provided by this office.

Ralf is a keen cyclist and runner and always up for some outdoor activities before and after work.
What will you bring to a project
I love the challenge on each project and working with the client and project team to deliver a first class service. The goal is to deliver solutions – not problems!
